Repair Your Dry Hands and Cracked Heels!

If you’ve been neglecting your tired hands
and feet, here is a 4 step routine to give them the love they need! An exfoliating scrub will clean away all the
dirt and dead skin on your skin! Take 1 spoon of grated ginger and add
in 1 tbsp of sugar, 2 tbsp of coconut oil, and 1 tsp of lemon juice and mix it together. Start gently scrubbing this onto your hands
for 3 minutes and then wipe it off using a wet cloth. ginger contains
antioxidants that help rejuvenate your tired skin, the sugar will exfoliate, while lemon disinfects your skin and
brightens it and coconut oil nourishes and repairs it. Take 5 tablespoons of baby oil and mix 3 tablespoons
of sea salt in it. Use this to scrub away all the dead skin and
dirt from your feet for at least five minutes focusing on your heels. Salt will exfoliate the dead skin and dirt
that’s sitting on your feet and baby oil will take care of repairing
the flaky skin and dry patches. Covering up your tired feet and hands in a
luxurious mask or soak is exactly what they need to feel rejuvenated. Mix 2 tbsp of cinnamon with 1 tbsp olive oil
and a couple of drops of lemon essential oil. Mask your hands with it for 10-15 minutes. Cinnamon works as an antifungal to get rid
of the clogged gunk in your nails, the olive oil nourishes and hydrates the skin and the
lemon oil makes your hand smell amazing! Fill a tub with hot water and add a cup of
milk and a few tbsps of rose water and soak your feet in to for 12-20 minutes while relaxing
in the luxurious soak. Milk contains lactic acid which restores and
hydrates our feet and rose water soothes any irritated skin. The peeling skin around our nails is painful
and unattractive! So here’s a cuticle oil to help. Mix 2 tbsp of jojoba oil with a few drops
of lavender essential oil. Massage it onto your cuticles and allow your
skin to absorb it. Jojoba oil has anti-inflammatory properties
that heal all the cuts and chaffing from our cuticles, and lavender essential oil soothes
them. Seal in all the effort you’ve made on your
skin with an amazing creamy moisturiser. Mix 1 tsp of shea butter, 1 tsp of almond
oil 1 tsp of beeswax and melt it together. Add in a couple drops of lavender essential
oil as well. Refrigerate this mixture and Apply this before sleeping for ultra smooth
skin! A mixture of shea butter and beeswax will
not only hydrate your skin but also make sure the moisture is locked in, the almond oil
will prevent wrinkles and the lavender oil will soothe your skin. Mix your base of 1 tsp of shea butter and
1 tsp of beeswax with 1 tsp of coconut oil and melt them together again. Now mix in a few drops of peppermint essential
oil. Apply a thick layer of it and massage your
feet to absorb the cream. The beeswax and shea butter will prevent cracked
heels and skin while coconut oil will help get rid of flakiness. The peppermint essential oil is cooling, antifungal
and will make your feet smell like candy! Now no more hiding your feet in closed shoes
